The multi-purpose machine which prepares custard, usual crèmes for pastry, gelato, sorbetto and granite.
It has 3 specific programs:
P1C automatic cycle for hot-processing: pasteurizes, freezes and turns into gelato the mix.
P2F cycle for cold-processing: freezes gelato, sorbetto and granita.
P3C automatic cycle to prepare:
custard, various cremes and gelato mix. The different temperatures can be
adjusted and the thermal treatments in one cylinder assure the maximum hygiene.
The cylinder is vertical and allows important advantages: easy filling, constant visibility of the product and possibility to add ingredients at any time.
